SAGRON NETWORK WATCH - WINDOWS AGENT CLOUD PILOT v0.2
=====================================================

WHAT THIS PILOT DOES

- Runs quietly after you sign in to Windows.
- Checks your default gateway, DNS resolution, and HTTPS connectivity.
- Checks network devices that you add to config.json.
- Records a health score and detailed results every 60 seconds.
- Keeps a local history on the Windows computer.
- Sends sanitized health measurements to your paired SAGRON dashboard.

SUPPORTED WINDOWS VERSIONS

Windows 10 and Windows 11 with Windows PowerShell 5.1.

INSTALLATION AND PAIRING

1. Extract the entire ZIP to a normal folder.
2. Right-click the extracted folder and choose "Open in Terminal."
3. Run:

   powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\install.ps1

4. Open https://sagron.tech/network-watch/dashboard and sign in.
5. Select "Create pairing code."
6. Run:

   powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\pair.ps1

7. Enter the eight-digit code from the dashboard.
8. The first cloud report should appear within about one minute.

SECURITY

- Pairing codes expire after ten minutes and can be used only once.
- A unique device credential is stored in your local config.json.
- Cloud reports use HTTPS and bearer-token authentication.
- Do not share config.json because it contains the device credential.

WINDOWS SECURITY NOTICE

This pilot is not code-signed yet, so Windows may show a warning or your
organization may block it. Do not weaken company security policies. A signed
installer will be required before broad customer distribution.

ADDING A CAMERA, PRINTER, OR OTHER DEVICE

Open this file in Notepad:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\SAGRON\NetworkWatch\config.json

Add or edit an entry under Targets. Use Type "Ping" for ordinary reachability
checks. Use Type "Tcp" plus a Port number when a device blocks ping but offers
a known service such as HTTPS on port 443.

LOCAL DATA

Latest result:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\SAGRON\NetworkWatch\data\latest.json

History:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\SAGRON\NetworkWatch\data\history.jsonl

Agent log:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\SAGRON\NetworkWatch\data\agent.log

PRIVACY

Version 0.2 sends the computer name, check names, status, latency, health score,
and agent version to SAGRON. It does not upload target IP addresses, result
details, the Windows user name, files, browser history, messages, passwords,
or network-traffic contents.

UNINSTALLATION

Run:

   powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\uninstall.ps1

This stops the agent, removes automatic startup, and deletes its local data and
device credential. The dashboard record remains during the pilot.
