SAGRON AI Blueprints are downloadable instructions and workflow templates for use in a customer’s own third-party AI account. SAGRON does not operate that account, control the AI provider, or guarantee any AI output.

Purchase grants one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the purchased Blueprint internally. Customers may not resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, give away or redistribute it, or a substantially similar modified version, as a competing product.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers must review all output and verify prices, quantities, dates, technical requirements, regulations, safety information and binding terms. AI Blueprints do not replace legal, accounting, engineering, estimating, code, insurance, HR or safety professionals.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once download access is provided, except where required by law or when SAGRON confirms that the delivered file is materially defective.

Availability and features of third-party AI services may change. SAGRON is not responsible for an AI provider’s availability, pricing, account decisions, privacy practices, or changes to its product.

SAGRON Network Watch is currently a pilot monitoring tool. It provides availability and timing information but does not guarantee outage detection, continuous reporting, security monitoring, incident response, regulatory compliance, or prevention of loss. Customers remain responsible for their networks, backups, security controls, and response procedures.

Network Watch users must monitor only computers, systems, and network devices they own or are authorized to administer. The pilot agent may be removed at any time using its included uninstaller.
